Shipyard Technical Superintendent Requirements: Our Client is heading a new FPSO project and are urgently looking for a Shipyard Technical Superintendent who will be stationed at Jurong Shipyard. The vessel is being converted to an FPSO and she has been in the shipyard since the May'07. The project duration is 14 months in the shipyard. The Technical Superintendnent will have a team of inspectors to delegate work to. He will report to the Construction Manager. He should be capable of chairing daily vessel safety co-ordination committee meetings in the absence of the Construction Manager. Prior experience as Ship Repair Managers in a shipyard will be considered favorably. *This position is urgent and we need candidates who are available immediately.
